This page explains what information Swackhammer Construction Group, LLC. (“SCG,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, why, and how it's used. It covers the quote request form specifically, since that's the only place this site collects personal information.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project address or city/ZIP, the service(s) you select, property type, project description, preferred timeline, preferred contact method, and any photos you choose to upload of the project area.
How we use it
Submitting the form sends an email containing that information — including any uploaded photos as attachments — directly to Troy and Bryce Swackhammer, so they can prepare an estimate and get in touch with you. We use it only to respond to your request and, if the project moves forward, to plan and carry out the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Photos
Photos you upload are compressed in your browser, sent along with the rest of the form, and attached to the internal email Troy and Bryce receive. They're used only to understand the project and prepare an accurate estimate.
Third-party services
We use an email delivery provider (Resend) to send the quote request email and, if enabled, a confirmation email to you. That provider processes the information only to deliver those emails. We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
